To provide accessible cybersecurity education pathways to at least 100 learners across three countries, with a focus on enrolling a minimum of 70% female participants, through collaborations with local universities, public employment services (PES), and private staffing groups. This will

empower individuals from diverse backgrounds to enter the field of cybersecurity.

Develop a Comprehensive Cybersecurity Curriculum

Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity curriculum that covers essential topics and skills required for a career in cybersecurity. The curriculum should be adaptable to the specific needs and market demands of each participating country, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for the job market.

Foster Industry Partnerships and Internship Opportunities

Establish partnerships with local cybersecurity firms and organizations to create possible employment opportunities for program graduates. The goal is to facilitate real-world experience, enhance career prospects, and strengthen the connection between academia and the cybersecurity


Monitor and Evaluate Program Success

Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the program’s impact on learners, with a focus on tracking employment outcomes and career progression. Regularly gather feedback from participants to refine and improve the program, ensuring its long-term sustainability and effectiveness.
